[H] Rebirth - Anachronos-EU - 1/8 HC (25man) Recruiting
Information
Rebirth is a hardcore PvE raiding guild on Anachronos raiding 5 days a week. We’ve been around since the beginning of TBC, clearing everything up-to and including Sunwell pre-nerf. In WotLK we took a break during the Ulduar content and stopped raiding for over a year, on our return we rebuilt around the same core and achieved realm 1st kills for Lich King and Hallion heroic (prior to 4.0).
Currently we have cleared all T11 and T12 heroic content as well as 8/8 in Dragon Soul. We're looking for a few players to join us as we continue into DS heroic.
We are currently recruiting:
Deathknight (DPS) - High
Balance Druid - High
Healing Priest - High
Holy Paladin - High
Warlock - High
Mage - High
- You must be able to maintain an attendance of 80% and preferably more.
- You must be able to handle constructive criticism during and after the raids.
- You must be able to listen to Ventrilo and do the things you are told to by the raid leader or other officers (having a mic and being able to speak is an advantage).
- You must have situational awareness during boss fights and be able to prevent unnecessary deaths.
- You must have a good sense of humour.
- You must be able to stay online for the duration of the raid, this includes some extended raids that might happen during progress periods.
- To show up prepared (read up on new boss tactics, consumables, flasks etc).
- To be on time for raid invites.
What we are NOT looking for in new recruits:
- Players that don’t take time when making their application. Our decision is largely based on your application, put some time in it.
- Players that can’t handle criticism.
- Players that are not willing to improve their own game play every time they play.
- Players that are have unstable connections, disconnection issues or PC problems which prevent them from being online.
- Players that are not putting effort in their gear (meaning enchants/gems)
Raiding Schedule:
Normally we raid from 19.20 till 23.30 from Sunday to Thursday, with some extended raids during progress periods.
Friday and Saturday are days off, although alt/casual raids are organized on a regular basis.
Loot System:
We are using the [standard] EPGP loot system meaning effort points are earned for raid attendance and loot drops cost gear points, the ratio of these numbers decide priority. Basically the more you raid the more likely you are to gain loot (although the system does even out over time).
