Who We Are

-Insignificant is a 25 man horde raiding guild located on The Maelstrom EU. Keeping a small and close knit roster allowing for close to 100% raid spots, we provide a raiding environment which focuses on quality and efficient raiding over quantity to progress through content.

-We pride ourselves in keeping to a schedule which consists of 5 day raiding through progression (Sunday to Thursday) and less through farm content, between the hours of 19:00 to 23:00 (GMT+1) with the rare possibility of extending raids through progressive content.

-We view our guild as a fun and social place to raid, bringing a sense of humour to the table along with alt raiding and guild activity's but keeping progress to a high and continuously striving standard to be the best performing raiding guild within the restraints of the raid times set.

-Insignificant was created three weeks before Trial of the Crusade, and since the stability has grown, a large proportion of the players within the guild have known each other for a long time and are continuously accepting high calibre groups of players for trial.

-As players we give the same respect to trials and potential applicants which is given to members who have already secured a raiding spot within the guild. We welcome players who believe they perform to a equal or better level than our current members and openly welcome class discussions. Insignificant gives you the opportunity to witness the end-game content as released, as well as raiding in a squad of dedicated players who fulfill their jobs and maximise their characters abilities.


The Raid and Roster


Our current raid roster consists of dedicated, exceptional and motivated players from across Europe who possesses the mentality and ability to perform at a world top level along with the ability to attend close to all our raids. Within our compact raiding days and times we currently clear 13/13HC with days to spare which are spent playing and raiding on alts.

We use Loot Council as our method of distributing loot to ensure all drops are distributed in a way which most benefits the guild, whilst also rewarding activity and performance.

Insignificant's previous raid achievements include Trial of the Grand Crusade's a Tribute to Immortality, Realm First Fall of the Lich King (World 63), Ruby Sanctum (World 25th).


Recruitment

We look for players who share our passion in being amongst the first to face new content, facing encounters when there are no mods and no public strats to beat them. As a part of Insignificants raiding core, all tiers of content will be available to you. The simple requirement we have of you, is for you to be able to make a contribution to our raiding squad through your abilities as a player.

We expect players to have their raiding characters maximised with the best gems, enchants, professions and race which boosts performance. We also expect players to have a computer capable of handling raid situations, a lag and disconnection free internet line and a working microphone with Ventrilo installed. We believe communication is the key to defeating an encounter, not having a working microphone may hinder your application.

We are always open to exceptional applications even when recruitment is not open for classes.

Tanks
Druid - Feral
Death Knight
Paladin - Protection

We are looking for 2-3 exceptional tanks to take a permanent raid spot within Insignificant raids, notable experience is required in current content and previous experience in past expansions will also be taken into account.

Ranged
Warlock - Any Spec
Priest - Shadow - Note: an active and geared healing off-spec required
Hunter - Any Spec

We are looking for a few ranged players to join our roster in time for Firelands, Experience, dedication and not to mention knowledge of your class is a must.

Melee
We are looking for 1-2 exceptional melee players, not including Death Knights, to join our roster for Firelands. Raid awareness and knowledge of your class is a high priority.

Healers
Priest - Healing - Multi Spec

We are looking for one healing priest to join our roster in time for Firelands.
