Druid : Alchemy and Enchanting

Shaman: Enchanter / Jewelcrafter maxed
Mage: Tailor / Inscription maxed
DK: Mining / Blacksmith maxed
Priest: Herbalism / Alchemy maxed
Hunter: Skinning / Leatherworking maxed
Though I have nearly all of them (Engineering is on my Druid, who isn't yet high enough to train Illustrious), the only ones I *really* care about are Enchanting / Jewelcrafting / Inscription / Alchemy - having those four means not having to pay ridiculous AH prices just to bring my characters up to basic readiness status.
Also, though it wasn't mentioned in the poll: 525 First Aid / Fishing / Cooking / Archaeology on my main, and only First Aid on my alts. I cap First Aid on all my characters as something of a holdover from Classic, when bandaging was actually a feasible health source on a fairly regular basis. I'd hoped the Cataclysm healing model would bring that back some, but . . . not so much.

All of them except Mining/Blacksmithing/Engineering, because there's no gold to be made with those professions.
No, I don't care if you can make gold with them.

Shaman is 525 Inscription/Alch, Warrior is currently Herb/Mining, but will be dropping both for BS/Eng soon

Alchemy x3 - all three mastery's, and again don't use to their potential

Funny that I have so many profs and don't have nearly as much gold to show for.
Note that won't plan on leveling skinning or LW.
