Introduction:This is a hardcore 10-man guild project,currently looking for exeptional (read:exeptional)players for Firelands content.We are those "hardcorez" who prioritise progression raiding above going out to drink with friends,because the real fun for us is in competitive raiding,and we will never be satisfied with the casual,relaxed and laid-back raiding,because we are simply competitive by nature
Our aims:Realm rank one.At least.We are not aiming for anything less.And preferably hitting at least top 100 in the 10-man world ranking.Our main goal is this - raiding competitively on a high level.Playing on an average level is something that we are not satisfied with.
What are we looking for:We are looking for hardcore-minded people,who are competitive by nature.Raiders who dont raid for loots,but raid for the competition of raiding,and their main goal is improving their raid performance and seeing their names in worldoflogs.com.Experience is very important for us,it is highly desirable that you have achieved something notable(e.g.have done immortal pre-3.1,got algalol/yoggy pre-3.2,tribute to insanity,putricide 25 heroic with less than 25% buff etc,you get the point).Having a top 200 rank on WoL on any given fight is highly preferable(although depending on gear sometimes you wont be able to score a rank,we just wanna see the best performance for your current gear level)
Raiding days,times and attendance:Our raid days and times duing progress are the following:
100% attendance is required by everyone(exeptions are cases where you simply can not attend the raid due to irl issues,but let these issues be no more than once a month)
Loot system:We are using loot council.What we take in factor when sorting out loot is what we need for downing the next boss(basically,gearing up for each boss).Loot is a tool that helps us progress,not a reward for performance or attendance.The rewards for performance are the world ranks,not the shiny epix
