    Heroic Valiona and Theralion 25

We are 7/13 Heroic and Working on V & T Heroic 25, Need some help with a few things if anyone has any advice.

    1. How many people do you send to the twilight realm on 25, and with that, how do you make Theralions ground phase easier.

    2. We have the Valiona ground phase down well, we take care of that phase well already.

    3. Again to the first question, How many adds do you aim to kill, How often do you go back down?

    4. The twilight meteors are our biggest issue atm, do you guys normally stack or spread out in p2, should we save all cds for then?

5.We have all classes and specs available to use, msot pull great numbers, does it matter to much which classes go into the twilight realm if a healer goes in aswell?

All Helps and Tips GREATLY appreciated in advance.

i've only done the fight on 10man, but i know it could of been way easier for us to do it on a 25 man. having a few rogues go sub and go into the shadow phase and kill as many adds as possible and have them come out b4 they die and send them right back down when your able to do so again. our rogue was coming out of the shadow realm about 5 sec before the breath that way he was able to stay clear of the breath easier and went back down into the shadow phase after the last breath. you do need to stay spread out for p2 but you also need to have a stacking point for where to do the twilight meteors, we were running the meteors into the melee group (we weren't using cd's for them, we were saving our cd's for the blackouts in phase 1). i'm also sure on 25man you could send a healer down into the shadow phase as well with a team of 2-4 dps to quickly knock out some adds, but sub rogues will have the easiest time down their.

    We've been sending in two.

~5-6 adds is what we kill.

Our healers stack in the melee group and if they get engulfing they run out. Our ranged are spread out around the boss.

DPS with survival cooldowns work best. Subtlety rogues are your best bet if you're learning it.

    1. We send two Sub rogues, an occasional healer to top them off, and a Spriest or two if things get hairy.

    3. As many as they can without dying.

    4. Ranged spread, melee/healers stacked. It's the ranged's responsibility to get their asses to the melee pile before the meteor hits.

    5. Classes with a fuck ton of mitigation, and classes that can self heal easily. Those are your best bets.

My guild finally got them down last night after a few night of wiping. We were sending 3 Subtlety Rogues in and them staying under the whole attempt. If all adds were dead at a certain time we'd just be attacking the boss from the Twilight Realm, keeping up Recuperate, SnD and feint and that way not relying on a tank to go into Twilight to get back onto adds, because we never actually leave. Get your Rogues to be using Cloak on CD and feint on cd, and I don't even bother with using Rupture on the adds, they die quick enough with Hemo dot and then just Backstab and Eviscerate. Put importance on your Rogues not hitting blue orbs, if they find an add with a blue orb on it, either move on or if they need to position at the front of the add not to get hit, to use Hemo spam on it.

    3. Again to the first question, How many adds do you aim to kill, How often do you go back down?
With the Rogues being under the whole time, adds are all killed. I should mention on our kill though I had to be afk for the night and so we had 2 Rogues on the adds full time and sent a Frost Mage down every so often to help clean up if needed. Also one of our Holy Paladins came down every now and then to top off the Rogues and then go back to the Normal Realm.

    4. The twilight meteors are our biggest issue atm, do you guys normally stack or spread out in p2, should we save all cds for then?
Have all Ranged spread out, you can have some certain healers stay in melee range (AOE healers and such) so they can top the raid up quickly once a Blackout and Meteor happens. Save cd's for these times (Disc Bubble, Holy Paladin's Aura Mastery, etc). Also we have half our melee on the left foot and half on the right foot of the Dragon and after stacking, they spread back out again as quickly as possible. Another thing is put big emphasis on Ranged not stacking early for Blackout and tell them to wait for the call, as 2-3 Ranged stacking early and adding to a possible Melee Meteor will really hurt your healers and could be the difference between good attempts and horrible attempts.

5.We have all classes and specs available to use, most pull great numbers, does it matter to much which classes go into the twilight realm if a healer goes in aswell?
Subtlety Rogues are suggested, but Frost mages work well too. You'll get away with most classes being able to go in as long as they don't get hit by blue orbs, so long as they have a healer. A subtlety rogue can stay under though the whole duration of the fight without ever needing a healer if he doesn't hit a blue orb. Although as stated above, we have our Holy Paladin come down every so often just to top us up when we call for it.

Sorry I was thinking Blackout phase, for meteor just whoever gets it on them runs to the melee pile asap and spreads the damage out to them. If a class can drop it though on their own without taking damage, we get them to do that.
