[Books] Favorite Book(s) of your childhood?

I don't know about your elementary school, but mine had a library. And along with that we were told to read books from it and make book reports on them. After a while we all hated the book reports, we did find a few books we did like.

What was your Favorite Books of your childhood?

Mine was a book called "Hatchet" which, looking back was a rather graphic book for a kid like me to read. I also like referencing "Fahrenheit 451" because its amazing how that book from the 1960's had so many details about the modern day correct.

I loved all the Redwall novels, even if they were near the same after awhile, but I loved them all the same.

Redwall was excellent, as was the Narnia series.

Just William was insanely funny as a child(and even had my dad in hysterics reading them to me)

From what I remember, it would have to be Grandpa's Ghost Stories by James Flora, Chain Letter by Christopher Pike. There are too many books to name.

When we were really young, my mom used to read us the Narnia books, which was wonderful.

By elementary school, my favorite book was Fantastic Mr. Fox, and I enjoyed the Animorphs.

Middle School, I liked Thunderwith, The Abhorsen series, Redwall, and many books by David Clement Davies.

    I don't read much anymore.

I have that one in my bookshelf. Also one of my childhood favorites, along with the Series of Unfortunate Events, Harry Potter and the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series.
