[H] 25 Man guild LF 10 man guild merge

<GSOB> We are a 25 man guild with 15 competent raiders with a need to replace 10 people who are in a backpack. We are currently 2/13 HM. Halfus (2/13/11) and Chimaeron (2/16/11). The goal is to take your 10 man guild and bring them directly into our current 25 man raid team. What we have to offer:

-An officer so we can gel your needs with ours and to be a part of the decision making process.
-A great group of people who enjoy socialiazing but at the same time are serious about progression.
-Flasks, feasts, enchants, and repairs.
-PvP on off nights
-Lvl 25 guild. (Should be by the time you read this :P)

Raid Times:
-We raid T/W/Th 845-1230 EST

Loot:
-We use a loot council system
Loot is determined by 3 factors, performance, upgrade, and attendance.

We have NO favoritism at all. We strongly stick to all 3 of these guidelines. Officers and raiders are held to the same criteria.

Server info:
-Magtheridon
-Medium population throughout the day and peaks to high at raid times. (There are no login queues)
-There are many guilds to compete with progression.
-PvP realm with a strong balance between Alliance ad Horde when it comes to controlling TB.
-3:2 Horde:Alliance
