It's relatively self evident...
-Keep up Living Bomb
-Pyro on proc
-Scorch if you need the debuff
-Fire Blast if you're moving or for impact procs on AoE
-Spam Fireball
-if desperate on mana, go to mage armor and scorch until mana is sufficent (after an evocation)

Speaking from personal experience, using Frostfire just caused more Ignite munches, but after 4.1 it could be fine. What Jantimir said is the basic foundation. You should probably go to the target dummy in a city and just spend some time keeping up LB, Critical Mass, while spamming Fireball. That's usually the best way to get used to it. Once you feel comfortable keeping up LB and Critical Mass you should move on to dungeons to get used to mechanics.

I suggest getting the Fireball glyph and using fireball instead of Frostfire bolt. Increased amount of HS proc and less ignite munching due to the DoT.
Probably get your haste to 12,5% for an extra tick on some of your DoTs. After that stack crit.

Get combustion helper. It tells you when combustion is high enough to actually make a difference.

Edit: To reply to your post above me, the DoTs you currently have that benefit from haste are Frostfire Bolt, Pyroblast, Living Bomb and Combustion.

no my question was about dots for combustion. what should i mix to use it

I usually pop it after a high ignite DoT, while LB and Pyroblast DoT are active. It should give around 5-6k a tick.

You should take a mixture of haste and crit. mainly crit to get more ignites.
