I like it, some of them are a little bit pointless, but then again its Panic so.
I like the ballad of mona lisa the best personally
I liked it, it was good. not awesome but good!
I definitely liked it more than Pretty. Odd. My personal opinion is Vices & Virtues is what the second CD should have sounded like - an exact evolution from A Fever You Can't Sweat Out. Pretty. Odd. shouldn't have existed.

Can you really bring an album by a group like Panic! in for serious criticism? I haven't heard said album, but everything I have heard by them is rooted in pretense, self-importance, and fourteen-year-old-scene-girl-edginess (and little else). Hooks with pseudo-clever plays on words with little meaning within themselves or the larger scale of the song... I don't know, I really don't think it's fit for any serious analysis.
What artist do you find deserving of serious analysis? None of us claimed to be music critics here, so you shouldn't try and sound like. The question asked was what do you think of this bands CD, not please give me an opinion; and it has to be very detrimental. You took this small thread, that will more than likely go without being seen; way too serious.
Get a life, you don't work at Capitol Records. You suck.
