You were really skinny, you've done a good job bulking up. I've worked out a for 3 months gained around 10 pounds, a lot of it really is diet I've found. I want a body that isn't to large because I still want to be able to run effectively but whenever I run I just lose weight and I don't have the willpower to just down food everyday like no tomorrow.

Thanks buddy, I'll definitely have those abs ready for summer haha, I'm at about 16% bodyfat right now, i can get it down to 8 - 10% in 8 weeks or so with proper dieting.

I really hated bulking in the beginning but increase your food intake gradually and you will get used to it, i just need to work on eating faster now lol i'm sooo slow.
