Indeed I do, I've been doing pullups and pushups and some running as of current. I'm joining the Airforce for Pararescue and everytime I do a workout I make sure I go till muscle failure gets involved (like when you can't push up anymore though I go as far as it I can, there is no believing, you just keep going). When summer hits, I'll be sure to everything... Swimming (mainly) while increasing my lung capacity (I have none), running everyday, pushups, situps, pullups. The whole load each day and I know I'll do it. Weight Lifting maybe, I'll probably just get a military backpack and run with it on.
