Gaming Laptop for my cousin

Hello MMO Champ.

I'm looking to buy a solid gaming laptop for my cousin as a graduation present, but I'm not too familiar with the gaming side of laptops.
He doesn't pve much and is very hardcore into arena if that would help in picking out the best laptop.

I'm also looking to spend about ~$1500.
