    Will 585 watts support these components?

    300-350W is enough, but cheap-ass 500W PSU is probably closer to 300W in reality, and might not be enough.

    Agreed, go with a quality PSU of 450+ Watts and you should be set. I personally run with a minimum 500 Watt unit in my builds just for the sake of future upgrades and I know it will generally be sufficient for any tweaking I might do to them as well.

    Also agreed, it all depends on the brand, some of those cheap brands inflate the max load they can do. but with a GTX 460 I would be going any smaller than a 450-500Watt good branded one.
