does anyone forsee a major glyph being added so that our b-rez can rez someone at 100% instead of 30%

There already is one for 70%, they might up it to 100% to make it on par... but that's a big maybe... least we're better off than DKs who cant even get 70%, making them the absolute last resort for Brezes

As I read the tooltip, only the WL himself benefits from the glyph? or am I misreading that?

Soulstone glyph benefits whoever you brez, the wording on it is confusing, but having used it before, it does work on other players. Healthstone glyph only benefits you.

It works, target the person use the item on them if they are dead it will rez when the cast is complete.
