Buff and debuff tracking on ANY target in arena

I play warrior, mage and shaman in arena and I would like to track any CC's and certain buffs (wings, recklessness etc.) on any target and certain debuffs (rend, hamstrgin) on current target. I've tried bunch of addons, but none seems to offer the ability to track any target. Since i can't always be focusing or targeting someone, i need ability to track any target.

Since there is addons for my current target debuff tracking and my own cc tracking, all i need is buff tracking for any target and also the track of my friends cc's.

Why not set it up as part of your Unit Frames? The Arena uses Player, Target, PlayerPet, Party1-4, PartyPet1-4, Arena1-5, so just setting up those frames to give you the information you need should be fine.
