Programming section?

I've seen a few but they are pretty rare in the Computer section, since it's mostly people asking how to choose a new computer build.

Here's a hint mate, if the topics are pretty rare then it doesn't deserve a subforum.
The topics need to be there before the subforum is merited, not created afterwards.

I'm studying programming at Uni myself right now, but if there aren't people talking about it already I think it would be pretty silly to add a subforum for it.
