We are recruiting competent players for Firelands raid progression. In current content, we have 10/12 on farm and are ALWAYS looking for fun players to join the guild, regardless of their class/raid availability.
Immediate raid positions are open for competent healers and DPS classes capable of pulling >15k DPS on single target fights. The CURRENT minimum equipped average item level required for raiding is 346, with full enchants/gems for your class/spec, with MINIMAL PVP gear.
Tanks with a DPS or healing off-spec are also welcome to join, PROVIDED YOU ARE WILLING TO PLAY THAT HEALING/DPS OFFSPEC AND YOU HAVE RAID-VIABLE GEAR FOR THAT SPEC!
Loot System: We use EPGP. If you're unfamiliar with it, feel free to ask the GM or recruiting officer if our loot system gives you an "uneasy" feeling. We strive to be as transparent as possible with the loot distribution on raid nights.
Raid Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays from 5:45 - 9:00 PM server. In-game calendar raid invites are typically sent out one week in advance by the GM, Elegasm. Make sure you click "accept," "decline," or "tentative" on the in-game calendar invite! We are looking for players who are capable of making 75% of raids per month, and MUST be able to be online on raid nights until 9:00 PM server time.
Guild Promotion: All new applicants, upon acceptance, will be a Prospect for 2 weeks. Getting promoted to Raider involves typical things like showing up on time to raid night, being prepared (gear, food, knowing strategies) as well as other guild involvement. Prospects who fail to show up for raid night multiple times will be demoted to member.
Vent: We have our own vent server. The ability to hear the raid leaders in vent is required. On certain fights, you MUST be able to speak on Vent also. While we don't require players to speak about their personal lives in Vent, we do want raiders capable and willing to say things like "hit the gong" for Atramedes.
Guild Bank: We want our mats to be used by prospects and raiders. If you want something out of an inaccessible gbank tab, please don't hesitate to ask the officers and we'll get it out of the guild bank for you! This includes mats for enchants (Maelstrom Crystals) and gems for JC cuts if you need any for new gear that drops. The stuff is in there for people to use, so please do so!
Guild "atmosphere": The majority of our members are in their 20s. Guild chat is definitely not the place to be if you're faint of heart and can't deal with the F-bomb being dropped from time to time.
Ultimate Goal: Our ultimate goal is always to have fun and be laid-back while downing bosses routinely in Firelands content (Tier 12). Also, aside from raiding, we'd like to expand the guild with players of all walks of life and schedules.

We are currently looking for 2-3 healers to join our 25 man raid team. Min ilvl of 346 required, and a willingness to attend the majority of raids (3 nights per week, Tue, Thur, Sun from 6-9 pm svr time).
