Bind Elemental macro

Ive been trying with

#showtooltip Bind Elemental
/Cast [@Water Elemental] Bind Elemental, that did not work.

I tried with

#showtooltip Bind Elemental
/Cast [target=Water Elemental] Bind Elemental and that didn't work either, so how can I get this macro to work?
