Tracking LB/Rejuv with grid

Other than Statushots/corner text, is there a way to track these? Ideally with either a countdown timer, or colour indicator (Green/yellow/red)

I have been getting insane FPS drops when these addons are enabled, and I get into a vehicle or get picked up or something.
