NOTE: We currently offer several different raid groups in guild, both 10 and 25 covering early nights, late nights and weekends. Each raid group has its own goals and requirements (number of raiding hours planned per week, minimum attendance record, stats and gear.) This ad is for our Group C 25-man Tue/Thu/Sat 9pm-Midnight Eastern Time.
Guild Overview: Symphonia is an adult raiding guild established since late 2008 on the PvE server Turalyon of the Stormstrike battlegroup. We are home for friendly and mature people who are busy with work and real life commitments but want to enjoy the end-game contents in dedicated, collaborative and progressive manner

We got through last expansion in ICC with two 25-man groups at up to 9/12H and five 10-man groups at up to 12/12H plus drakes. We officially kicked off Cataclysm raids with six 10-man groups on Jan 4th 2011, after our members got raid ready and got back from a holiday season. Currently we have one 25-man and five 10-man progression groups (besides other fun groups.) Guild overall progression is currently at up to 11/12N in 25s (only Al'Akir up) and 3/13H in 10s

Raid Overview: The Group C 25-man group is currently a 10-man quickly forming into a 25-man. Within the weeks to come we plan to fill our roster to 25-30 raiders and start strong on content. We will quickly progress into heroics, and when Firelands is realesed be ready to take action!

Raid Schedule

Symphonia is on an Eastern Standard Time server, our 25-man logistics are as follows:

- Schedule: Tuesday | Thursday | Saturday: 9PM until Midnight (or 6PM until 9PM PST), a total of 9 hours per week. Invite goes out at 8:45.
- Roster Size: 30 with fair rotation that guaranteees at least 80% raid time for raiders on primary roster in the period of 4 weeks.
- Attendance: At least 90% during 2 trail weeks. Can go with 80% occassionally if its for real life call. Absence comes with notice in advance.

Recruitment Needs

We are actively recruting reliable and well performing players of any class.

> Healer (High): Any type. Good PvE offspec is a huge plus.

> DPS (High): Any type. Must have good raid awarness.

> TANK (Medium): Any type.

Candidate Profile

We expect to find below qualities and traits from our ideal candidates: Maturity, Drama-free, Teamwork, Dedication, Reliability, Self-awareness, Betterment, Patience and Experience

With the current stage of raiding into new expansion, we expect candidates to be at least 346 gear level with rep and relevant craftable epics. Candidate must know or already did down most of the bosses in current raid instances. Heroic ready is higly desired
