I won't do Arcane Annihilator and Toxitron specific stuff because they are easy to recover from and find in WOL. Here is what i found for Magmatron and Electron's stuff.
You can find this information by simply seeing when the specific event occurred via Expression Editor and adjusting your time frame to match. When doing Magmatron, simply look for the spell Backdraft, and if results pop up, move your beginning time ahead to when he casts Barrier and see if anyone was doing excessive damage to his shield. Mostly pets and existing dots should appear, but sometimes a hunter or someone forgets to swap or thinks they swapped but didn't.
For Electron, you are looking for Static Shock. Events with the same time signature mean they all occurred from the same one proc, and the person who caused this proc is one of the people who took damage. Therefore, if you find Static Shock damage you look for Unstable Shield, adjust your beginning time to match, and look for Spell Refreshes (except Ignite, it doesn't apply here), Direct Damage (Shadow Bolt, for example), and new debuffs (Demoralizing Shout from warrior tanks is a usual suspect). Remember that a dot application can cause it, and then all subsequent dot ticks may cause it too.
I walk you through one at the bottom, as proof that I know what I'm talking about.
Note1: that there will always be a delay between the shield popping and the ability, but it varies from 0.1s to 3.0s. This is why Barrier popped for you after it faded, because it technically popped right before but the damage from it took a second to go out.
Note2: Your log events are completely out of synch in some places, and specific events are missing. Whoever uploads this stuff should really consider changing their log range to 150 yards. You can google this.

Third & fourth: This is an example of the delay as well, because a druid and paladin hit while he was casting the shield and it still popped it. You should really force people to use DBM because it puts out an alert to swap 5-10s early.

You have 2 different timestamps here: [20:20:22.040] and [20:20:22.463] means that two different events popped the shield. However, sifting through all this bullcrap data might be a bit time consuming so you can make a shortcut.

You can edit these by hand if you know how far ahead you want to go. So you take the time stamps of the first Static Shock, and the first event, and get the number of seconds between

This is usable data. Now simply find the first Static shock and work backwards looking for Player Direct Damage, Spell Refreshes (excluding Ignite!), or Spell Applications.

This one is a bit weird. But as it turns out, not so bad. If you scroll up a bit, you can see that Miura's dot Piercing Shots was refreshed, but then she (he?) died. Her corpse is still the target of the bad shit, so everyone moved away for whatever reason and Galadwen stayed behind and the tank moved on top of it. There is cause #2.
