Kill Shot Trigger

Hey guys, recently had a problem with my hunter. The Kill Shot trigger wont pop when the skill is availible, I checked on my paladin and the hammer of wrath one pops up for that. I check the req for the trigger and it is as it should be. Any help?

What "trigger"? The Reactive Floating Combat Text in yellow like: <Kill Shot>

or the glowing Action Button like this:

[Kelzúl]

The reactive floating text! its so annoying! wont appear ;/

So make sure these options are checked.
