The difference is that his books actually come out a lot quicker

I believe it's close to every two years there's a new one.

The last Song of Ice and Fire book came out in 2011, with the one before coming out in 2005. Who knows how long well have to wait for the next one, let alone the last novel.

Just chiming in to confirm this. It was listed in the episode 4 recap on the Game of Thrones Viewer's Guide, but was quickly changed.

There's no reason to ditch him. Apart from the elk, they could have any extra or stunt double play him, just put a hood over his head and a scarf over his mouth and nose, and dub his dialogue in post.

If I were a betting man, I'd bet that Coldhands rescues Bran.

Andrew Weil is probably one of the healthiest people you'll ever meet and he's a large guy. Some people are just large. Weight can be a factor but not always. There are skinny people with more health problems (heart disease, diabetes etc.etc.) than fat people and there are fat people with no health problems.
