[A] Awesomo 25 Man Casual Raiding Guild 12/12 6/13 HC
Awesomo is an Alliance guild based on Sylvanas. As a guild we try to be understanding that people have real lives and commitments and have a fairly light raiding schedule to reflect that. We focus on 25 man raiding which is much harder to find in a social guild since Cataclysm.
So what can you expect from us?
3 day raid schedule: Currently Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays.
Reasonable raiding hours - 19:30-23:00 server time.
A stable guild core - Many players and officers have played together for a long time now.
A fair loot system - We use EPGP which we believe is a fair and unbiased way of distributing loot.
Fun - We try to keep the raid atmosphere fun and have a zero tolerances for moaning and elitism.
Out of raid activities! - We try to get together for guild achievements and alt runs on non raid nights.
Maturity - Our members are all over 18 and we very rarely accept anyone under that age.
Flexibility - Going on holiday? Got to work late? No problem. Just let us know in advance if possible.
What do we expect from you in return?
Attendance - We think our raid schedule is relaxed and fair, so we expect our members to make sure they can attend most of our raids. It's no problem to miss one, but it shouldn't be a regular thing.
Maturity - If you don't like wiping and want to be in the best guild on the server, we aren't for you. If you can't be bothered to act like an adult, no thanks!
Respect - We try to be respectful of your lives, so please return the favour. Going AFK for two weeks without letting anyone know is a no no.
Know your class and work on your gear - You should be prepared to work on your gear, enchants and gems. We all do it and expect everyone else to do the same.
