<Resilient> of US-Anetheron, a PvP EST server, is seeking to immediately replace one of our healers that is moving out of the country. Specifically, we are looking for either a priest or shaman healer.
About <Resilient>:
<Resilient>, now in its third iteration, was initially formed during late Vanilla as a PvP guild. Although many of our members still cherish the PvP days of yore, we have since shifted our focus towards end-game PvE raiding. Traditionally we have been a 25-man raiding entity but, with the 4.0 core raiding mechanics in mind, have opted to change things up in Cataclysm and have become a tighter 10-man raiding guild.
All of the raiders in <Resilient> share many things in common, none of which include standing in fires, spamming trade with nonsense, and going to bed when our parents tell us to. Interests we do share are killing bosses (especially purple dragons), and improving our raiding skills.
Raiding Schedule:
One of the best things about our guild is how much we accomplish in so little raid time (8 hours per week). The raid days and times are as follows:
Tuesday - 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM (EST)
Monday - 8:00 PM - 12:00 AM (EST)
We ask that raiders show up 10-15 minutes early and prepared for a full raid night. The occasional absence is expected and easily handled; all we ask for is a timely warning. Repeated or unannounced absences are problematic and leave us no choice but replacement.
Additionally, we have an alt/friend raid on Thursday evenings that caters to those of us that enjoy spending extra time in game in a raiding environment.
Recruiting:

We are currently evaluating any exceptional and committed applicants to join our raiding roster. Applicants with viable cross-role off-specs are particularly savory.
We do not recruit for the bench. If you are recruited, you will be raiding.
Applicant requirements:
- A stable internet connection.
- A voice. You must be able to speak in Ventrilo consistently.
- Raid Preparation. We do not go over strats before the boss pull, you are expected to know the fight upon arrival.
- Maturity and the ability to handle yourself maturely when called on during raids for corrections.
- Ages 18 and up.
