6/13 HM 25m Zul'jin Guild Looking to absorb your guild/group!

We're a 6/13 HM 25 man raiding guild on Zul'jin that's looking to absorb a solid crew of mainly dps (though we can and will make a group with some healers and tanks work) Our tank and healer cores are entirely intact but we've recently had dps leave and poach their friends. We've run 10 mans this week but are looking to get back to 25's ASAP. A good group of 5-8 players (at least 3 or 4 dps) will almost certainly allow us to get back to 25's and repeat at least 5 of our hard mode kills next week. We'd love a group with heroic experience, but we can work with groups that are 9/12 regular or better and were just being held back by other poor players.

Affinity is looking for some more capable and dedicated players to help round out our raiding roster and continue hard mode progression (currently 6/13 HM 25).

-Our Emphasis is on raiding 25 mans, but many of our members actively PvP or play non-WoW games together as well.

-We are a level 25 guild and provide seafood magnifique feasts and cauldrons of battle as well as guild repairs for all raiders.

-Our raid schedule consists of 3 days a week, (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) 8PM-Midnight EST. Invites go out around 7:45 and we rarely if ever pull a boss if it can't be dead before midnight and then only if the raid is chomping at the bit for a kill.

-Loot is distributed by DKP (Emphasis is more on time spent in raid than anything else. It’s been tweaked through expansions since Burning Crusade, and is a very fair and self-representative of dedication while discouraging hoarding via a decay system.) Loot in your very first raid is a possibility!

-We have a history of accepting promising but under-geared or under-experienced recruits who are willing to take earnest criticism and improve themselves and turning them into solid core raiders that progress with us for the rest of their WoW careers. We don't need you to parrot back to us what we already think mindlessly, instead, we'd rather you be a faster learner with a desire to develop your skills than just about anything else.

(We're also 2/12 HM alt 10 man, and have gone 8/12 in our 25 man weekend GDKP)
