Ok so heres the story:
For some unknown reason, my computer cant dowload patches via the conventional method. So I have to go to this website [http://patchup.info/?s=downloads] in order to download clients and then patches. The issue is everytime I start to update the launcher comes up with "This download is not authorised". And no its not an administrator issue because I run the game under admin anyways. So please post in this forum if you have a website that I can download (in a zip file obviously) the latest required 4.2 ptr client so I can download the client and test it
If you have any suggestions as to fixing this issue aswell please post here although I doubt anything will work because I have had endless discussions with the wow tech support people on this issue.

Have you tried to run the PTR launcher until the regular launche.exer loads? I think launcherb is the one displaying that error I dont think it would happen with the old launcher(Not sure though)
Is your launcher trying to download the tools patch? (Updated tools)
