    It is 0.te6-2.tsr1.lga3.us.voxel.net and 0.ae57.csr.lga6.us.voxel.net
    and my wow server goes to ip.att.net and lax.attens.net

    Looks like all their support email goes to postmaster at voxel.net (yes, I hate spambot crawlers that much) and I'd recommend saving a few hours worth of tracelogs to send them with that hop 9 dataloss and hope they get moving on fixing the problem. I doubt very highly if you're the only one having this problem on their network and any info they can get regarding when and where drops are occuring only make it easier to find the problem.

    Ok I'll throw some of the logs their way, thanks.
    And is it possible to change the site I go through or is that something the vent/isp just auto goes through and I'm stuck with it?

    You'd have to get in touch with your ISP about that. Won't be anything you can do to change the route but the ISP might be willing to change their routing priorities given evidence of routine problems along a route.
