    this is not pvp, this is ccvcc

    as a hpala, trying to do some arena, im having a problem dealing with CCs. (soposing its an emergency) when it happenes i usually bubble out of the cc or trinket+bubble (for cyclon). the problem is, i get cced few seconds after again, and then theres nothing i can do. if im lucky none of my partners are killed (3s). note that i can't break LoS when im casting healing, and HS has cd. ty for healping ^^

    As a healer, you NEED to L2LOS to avoid CC. LoS is one of the core parts of healing in pvp; learn to use it. With proper positioning, you can avoid most CCs. Pop out, heal, pop back into LOS. Or, try to get the golden position, where you can heal your partners but are still out of LOS of enemies to CC you or switch to you.

    They should just stop with all that crap CC and make a good and balanced PvP, and fucking separete how skills work in PvP and PvE, if they don't do that, people will not be able to PvP or PvE properly with their favorite spec.

    that may be true untill you run into some mage/feral/shaman teams

    Instant/unavoidable and long cc (death coil is fine if you ask me, even though warlocks can really be a pain you-know-where), such as Grip>Hungering Cold, Deep Freeze (alone), deep>ring combo, insta clone and to a lesser extend insta hex- enh - (even though its cooldown sort of makes it bearable) are really killing the game right now.

    I'd love to see "Improved Counterspell" talent go as well. That's beyond retarded you can use a counterspell as a blanket silence ON PURPOSE.

    If it were my team's dps + healing vs your team's dps + healing, it'd be pretty boring. CCs, stuns, interrupts, healing reductions, mana burns, etc. etc. are all a part of a good idea to allow for a multitude of scenarios for dynamic PvP. If that's truly accomplished I can't say for sure, but to remove it entirely when people may not be doing things to prevent it, or us it to their advantage, wouldn't be a good idea.

    as i said b4, its not pvp anylonger, it turned PvCC or CCvCC.. i never suggested to remove cc from the game, only to nerf it abit.

    You are a Holy Paladin. This issue mainly affects this healing spec simply because we have lesser tools to deal with CC and are generally much easier to interrupt than other healers. Once patch 4.2 comes out, it will be a lot easier to deal with the things you, me, as well as other Holy Paladins face, right now.

    Instant ccs (see the list I made) also do not take any piece of skill. But your statement is true.

    Patch 4.2 won't fix anything. Those """""""""buffs""""""""""" are laughable at best, and address none of the issues we're currently facing.

    Although, shamans nerf in 4.2 could make people play with paladins and therefore see what issues we actually have to deal with (in comparison to other healers).

    How many different PVP games have you played? Only PVE oriented wow and alike?

    A big part of the problem sadly lies with your spec. Holy Paladin is pretty crappy atm. Hoping to see some love for them at 4.2, looks decent so far but nothing that really helps against this issue.

    I understand your pain and the desire to facepalm when someone tells you to l2los. As a paladin you can't do proper los tactics if one of your partners is being nuked. A shaman can heal a lot by his earthshield and riptide (oh and dispel?), a priest can use shield, renew and sometimes few ticks of penance, a druid can /dance after renewing the hots since he is not going to get interrupted/sheeped/mana drained. A paladin has to... cast his outstanding Holy Shock and watch it crit for 11k and feel comfortable with his Illuminated healing shield that absorbs 3k.
    Holy Shock or Illuminated healing needs a buff.

    CC is not something hard or makes PvP require more skill in same way as LoS is not a sign of skill. Pvp at the moment, requires good combination off CC types and a little bit comunication between players to win anything with little effort. A moderate amount of nerf to all kinds of CC, in my opinion, will make the class combo "requirements" less important.

    thats exacly my point. ofc im LoSing the enemy, but when my partner is geting nuked i have no chioce but to come out of hiding, plus its impossible to find a golden spot when fighting exped player.

    4.2 will bring some much needed Holy buffs to hopefully make Holy pallies viable again.
