Title says it all, I'm 11/13 HMs 25 down and was working on Heroic Al'Akir. My current guild is breaking up and I'm looking for a new home that is on east coast times and only raids 3 to 4 nights a week. I would really prefer an alliance guild if possible. I was an officer in my old guild and helped organize raids; I know what it takes to be in a top guild and have experience as well with raiding in every expansion that this game has released. I have an application and parses standing by. I would really like a guild that is at least 11/13 HMs 25 as well.

Edge Highlights:

Raid Times:

7:00PM form up to 11:30PM server (Central) time, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday.

We do not run past our maximum finish time of 11:30PM CST and we do not raid any extra nights during progression. Invites go out at 7PM and you are not required to be online any earlier then that. All raids include a 10 minute break halfway through the night. You will need to maintain 80% attendance at a minimum.

I help manage recruitment for <Just Crusade>, a 13/13, US top 75, 25-man guild. We're looking for a solid hunter to round out our raid core and I think you would fit in well.

JC has been around since release, with a stable raid core comprised of members who generally have the same outlook on raiding and WoW in general. We have all notable realm-first achievements, and have maintained a US top 100 rank for multiple expansions, finishing WotLK at US top 75.

What we can offer you:
Farming hardmodes: While many other progression guilds kill a heroic boss once for the rank and then switch back to farming it on normal, we are not taking this approach. We prefer to get content on farm, gear up our raid, and focus on consistently repeating kills while pushing progression.

Stability: Just Crusade is over five years old, formed on the second day after release. We have dealt with the ups and downs of progression over the years and have consistently ranked in the US top 100. We pride ourselves on our mature and no-drama environment which has allowed us to make the most of our 4-day raiding schedule.

Raiding costs covered: We provide repairs, flasks, feasts and maelstrom crystals to our raiders.

Raid time for trials: Trials are given priority when creating the raid roster instead of being benched for progression. We maintain a small roster and we recruit for full-time spots, not backup positions. Our trial process is 3-4 weeks and we don’t judge based on a single night’s performance.

Fair loot system: We use a zero-sum DKP system where items have set values, and we have different pools of DKP for each tier (normal and heroic) to minimize hoarding and to ensure that new raiders and trials are actually rewarded for their contribution to the raid.

Flexible attendance policy: Although we expect our raiders to maintain high attendance over months and years, we know that there are always RL things that come up. We have worked around school assignments, deployments, weddings and vacations in order to keep our raiders happy both in-game and out.

Teamwork: We farmed LK heroic every week to get as many mounts as possible. We ran two weekly groups in Ulduar to complete multiple Val’anyrs and farm Mimiron’s Head. We often repeat frustrating achievements and run numerous alt raids. While raid progression is our main priority, we also run rated BGs and we welcome active PVPers.

Fun environment: We're all in our mid- to- late-twenties, and most of us have an awesome time together both in an out of a raiding environment. We are truly a social guild, with people online at all hours, willing to grind achievements, farm MC or PVP. If you check out our guild link on the armory, you'll see that a number of us are really into achievements, with multiple people with over 13k points. For the last 5 years, we have been able to successfully conquer new content without unnecessary drama or nerd raging. Just Crusade is, however, an 18+ guild, and so new applicants should be mature and able to tolerate profanity and the odd off-color remark.

What we’re looking for from applicants:
If you decide to apply, please note that we're looking for people with excellent situational awareness, dedication, and a firm understanding of their chosen class and spec (including relevant theorycrafting). We expect hybrids who apply to truly be hybrids—comfortable in multiple roles. Extensive knowledge of another class or spec is preferred, as we sometimes ask raiders to respec or bring an alt in order to balance the raid for the encounter.

We look for raiders who can not only put out good DPS, TPS and HPS, but can also do so while staying alive and maximizing your class’ utility (interrupts, kiting, totems, CDs, etc.) in one of the toughest raid tiers released to date. We also look for raiders who 'fit' with the guild - we value our drama-free, social atmosphere, and we prefer to recruit people who would fit in well with the group. For this reason, we rarely have to deal with people who want to 'guild hop', which means our raid core is incredibly stable. That said, we expect incredible performance from our members, so if you're interested in pushing yourself and conquering the toughest content in the game, Just Crusade is the guild for you.

Obsidium is an established raiding guild on the Frostmane server. We have been around since Vanilla and plan to continue raiding into Cataclysm and beyond. We have currently cleared all Cataclysm content and are making a recruitment push in preparation of Firelands in 4.2.

Schedule:
Our raid times are Sun-Thurs 7:30-11:30 EST. We rarely actually raid all five days but it does happen during peak progression. We currently have all content on farm and are raiding 1-2 nights a week in anticipation of Firelands in 4.2.

We are a fairly close-knit group that spends a lot of time hanging out on vent outside of raids. Some people spend a lot of time on achievements and alts while others play other games together including SC2, League of Legends, HoN, CS 1.6, and MWF2.

Expectations:
You should be an experienced raider with similar progression to our own. WoL/WMO parses should be included that let us know how you perform. The gear and ability to dual-spec is a big plus. You need to be able to make almost every raid - missing now and then is fine but if you can't make all of our raids most weeks you are wasting your time.
