Scrolling Combat Text

I enjoy how with Mik's Scrolling Combat Text you can have icons from the spell next to the damage/healing, but I also like how with the default blizzard Combat text it appears over your target instead of just in 1 position on the screen. Is there a Combat Text mod like this?

Nope - addons don't know where a mob is on the screen, so they can't place the text above the mob's head. This is a limitation enforced by Blizzard - they don't WANT addons to know where models are in the 3D world.

Understandable, but also saddening. Is there anything that lets you fiddle with the current combat text, such as make the text bigger/smaller and etc?

No the Blizzard Floating Combat text is rendered in C and is not accessible to addons at all besides simple font changes.
