I was wondering what addon are he using for the deebuffs he cast onto the boss. like he is using "rend" "thunder clap" and sunder armor.

I use quartz with the proc module. That might be what he is using as well.

I use Bison for that, but what the OP is asking about is the debufs that the player puts on the target - rend, thunderclap - not the debufs on the player.

For tracking debuffs, I tend to use Tidy plates when tanking, and at times when I dps. I may have also used ClassTimer or DoTimer before as well. A lot just depends on what you want to view and how you like it displayed.
