Hello and thanks for taking the time to read this.

Adept, A long standing 25 man raiding guild since 2005, on the alliance faction, we're a semi-hardcore raiding guild raiding 4 nights with an attendance requirement of 75% per month. The guild is built up with mature and knowledgeable people striving for alliance if not server first which we hope to achieve with your help should you choose to apply to Adept.
We're currently at 7/13 HC.

Adept has an average age of 25 and mainly from western europe but this is by no means a requirement though we have an age requirement of 18+.

We're raiding during:

Wednesday: 20:00 to 00:00
Friday: 20:00 to 00:00
Sunday: 19:00 to 00:00
Monday: 20:00 to 00:00
Invites start 15 min prior to raid start

During weekdays we raid every 2 days so people have a chance to catch up on sleep so it won't interfere with people who start work early, we also have a break for about 15 min halfway through the raid to refocus.

What we're currently recruiting: We're looking for the following classes
Feral druid - high demand
Disc priest - high demand
Hunter
Holy paladin
DPS warrior
As with all guilds we will recruit any player who we feel will improve on our current raid team.
The raid team exists of more then the 25 players needed for a raid, to allow for optimisation of the team to kill certain bosses, holidays, etc. So being on reserve is to be expected for all. We have a fair rotation system.

What we expect from our raid members:

Our requirements are the standards of each and every self respecting raiding guild that being;

* Having a brain and using it.
* 75% raid attendance per month (12 of the 16 raids).
* The ability to communicate on Teamspeak.

* A mature outlook with the ability to discuss issues rather than rage and cause unrest.
* The ability to provide feedback on yours and others mistakes in a calm and factual manner and not to be upset if someone points out a mistake you made.
* To keep up to date with all raid content & tactics before we get to an encounter and engage in forum discussions with any usefull information you may have.

* To keep up to date with your class and changes that are made to it and to spec/gem/enchant/reforging/gear appropriately within a reasonable time for any changes that occur.
* To be prepared for all raids even if you are due to be reserve you may be called in at raid start. This includes appropriate buffs, food, enchants as well as tactics as mentioned previously.
