    One of three possibilities:
    1. USB drivers have become corrupt, reflash the BIOS
    2. The physical hub has shorted out, your SOL until you buy a new motherboard
    3. Your razor has crapped out, buy a logitech G9x

Is this an issue with ALL usb devices? (Memory sticks, keyboards, etc..)

I wouldn't recomend flashing the BIOS yourself. It is very very easy to do more harm than good. If it costs you $50 or so to get a computer repair store to do it for you, thats $50 well spent. (becuase if they mess it up it's up to them to replace your motherboard, not you!)

i tried my deathadder and my headset on a different pc and they both were unrecognized, so it could be my pc or it could be the equipment themselves

While unlikely to be 2 devices at the same time, i'd go with that option rather than the USB ports on your computer are kaput. Seeing as other devices still work.

Your PC probably fried the equipment, and the ports with it. I've had this once a couple years ago with a headset, fried my USB port, and my headset, and afterwards I fried all other USB ports by plugging the headset in each one of them. (I was 10).
