Is Landslide bugged or changed?

Was just wasting some time at the dummys setting my Clcret up and i noticed that Landslide procced ALOT, it thought it had 45 sec icd but i would refresh after 5 sec or so and i would still keep the 1k ap from the proc so it isnt a UI bug

It has always been proccing alot and afaik it has no icd.

I dont move from fire, fire moves away from me.

Just fixed Clclret this morning so havent got the time to fit it for raid enviroment and DBM bars so they dont overlap

I find it pretty clean to have a problem seeing fires etc.

But yea Landslide has no ICD, that's why you seem to think it's up a lot =)

Landslide procs a lot since it doesn't have an ICD. So I wouldn't consider it a bug or a change.
