Cool-down Log?

Is there an add-on where I can view the history on a fight so I can see who was using their cool-downs and how many times they used them?

Fairly new to the "Logging" area of WoW. So any help is appreciated. Basically need to make sure everyone in the group is using their proper cool-downs during fights. There might be something from Blizzard already installed, but anything that would make it easier to sift through all the combat logs would be appreciated.

No. There is no such addons. As well as there is no addons who can tell you if someone using right dps rotation.
But you can manually check every character in worldoflogs after raid.
