Will this allow me to use my Razer Megalodon with my Xbox 360?

So i was looking for a good quality headset to use on xbox and pc and the razer megalodons seemed good but they cant be used on xbox because they are usb and xbox doesnt send audio through usb. So i was looking around amazon and i came across this: http://www.amazon.co.uk/3-5mm-Cable-...6856115&sr=8-4 and i was wondering if anyone knows if that would work. Thanks

    ...That's a male USB.
Are you sure there isn't a jack cable connected into a USB 'in case of missing soundcard'?

Microsoft Headsets will work via the Xbox 360's USB ports.

Edit: That adapter won't work because it is a "male" USB end, which is the part that plugs INTO a device. You'd need a female USB to 3.5mm DC Jack, but I'm not sure they make them.

Would one of these work ontop of that then? http://www.amazon.co.uk/StarTech-com...6856518&sr=8-1

This, if you would go that route you would need a female end.

I'm not positive, but probably not, as there are no drivers telling the Xbox how to recognize the (multiple) adapters you'd be using.

As someone said, simply attempt to plug in your headset into the 360's USB.

Because they dont work with the pc do they?

Here is a link to a usable headset. As Hyzic said above, Turtlebeach.
