Would I be able to fill in healer?

Hey all, I am in the process of gearing my Pala up as a backup healer for our raid group. My current main is a Resto Druid.
I just want to know if I would be able to fill in spots on my pala, We are currently 5/6 in BWD and 2/4 in BoT. I am just worried about my lack of regen.

you would definitely be fine. Regen isn't that big of a deal if you judgement on CD and use your divine plea in the right times. Also call out for any mana cds the raid has if your running low. Your gear is far better than when i jumped into raids

Your 308 trinket might not be the best you could obtain.
Tear of Blood from Stonecore HC is BiS pre-raid by far
Get Heartsong on your weapon.
Change your WoG glyph to Holy Shock(More Infusion of Light procs)

You didn't mention if you do 10 or 25m,
For 10m change Glyph of Light of Dawn to Glyph of Lay on Hands.

The most important from these is the Heartsong enchant, Get it.

Yes It's decent enough to atleast clear 9/12 normal - might get some problems with Chimaeron though.

Yeahhhh, no.

LoD glyph is far superior for 3 min reduced CD since you usually beacon the tank and overhealing from LoD also goes to the tank.

Also, most fights doesn't even last long enough to use it twice

I'm sure you know your gear isn't amazing, so I won't go into ways to improve it. The gemming and reforging seem ok though, and to answer your question yes, you are plenty ready enough to fill in for all fights. The only exception where I might be worried is Nefarian and maybe Chim/Cho depending on what strats you use.
