    Anyone else noticed, half the teams have two sets of headphones on, one on their head and the other around their neck just for the mic?

    I always wondered, why the hell would you do that? There is no way the possible difference in sound quality is worth the discomfort, especially in game such as LoL. Did they sign up for promoting too many brands or what?

    Actually now that I think about it, they might be wearing noise cancelling headphones on their ears because of tournament rules.

    That's very likely the case. Why not incorporate microphones into them and just make them noise cancelling headsets instead though? Can't be hard to do.

    All of the teams I've seen have been wearing three headsets: An in-ear headset (sound?), an on-ear headset (pure noise isolation?) and an on-ear around their neck, which I assume is for the mic.
