I actually had that happen a few times around that age (a bit younger and girls were the same age not older), I didn't know not to fight so it was scary at the time but damn... I so missed some fun stuff.

It's pathetic to know that they aren't taking this case seriously just because of their genders.
The females need to be punished the same way a male would be in the same situation.

If it was done privately it'd be a prank. But for the two of them to have it filmed shows they mean't to humiliate and embaress the boy. Point is simply if it'd be two young boys that did it to a girl, film or no film, they'd already be in jail awaiting kiddy court.
