at the moment i have blood of isiset and tear of blood both spirit proc trinkets. If i remember correctly, when i get around 2k spirit unbuffed i should ditch spirit trinkets and go for int proc trinkets? This is what someone told me i couldnt quite remember the whole thing. What other trinkets can i get ?

In general, we prefer trinkets with Int. Either as a stat or proc.

Mandala is a pretty terrible trinket for us.

In general we want trinkets with passive intellect and a spirit proc. Eg. Tsunami card and core of Ripeness. Even blue quality trinkets that meet that criteria are technically better for us than trinkets like mandala and jar.

This. Passive int + a regen proc or even on-use is going to be better than anything else. Proc int trinks are fairly terrible.

Yeah, the TB one is pretty pants, as is the Jar from Maloriak, ideally we want passive int + spirit proc

VP int trinket: Core of Ripeness
DMF: Tsunami (you will get 400 spirit from this pretty much with 100% uptime so account for this in the "2000 spirit unbuffed" figure)
Archaeology: Tyrandes Doll
Cho'gall trinket: Fall of Mortality
Alchemy: Vibrant Alchemists Stone (very yummy, also has 194 haste on it).

or the Tear of Blood if you can't get hold of 2 of the above
