[A] 5/13 - Lvl 25 - Paranition:Draka - 10M - LFM to push until and through Firelands.
Paranition is currently the #1 progression guild on the Draka server at 5/13 and can use YOUR help in staying there. Granted, Draka is not known for it's competitive raiding status and a few top guilds have since left because of that, but there is just a little something nice about being able to say you're part of the best guild on the server.
We are a 10-man raiding guild that began pushing progression midway through WotLK and managed 11/12 Heroic 10-man (Heroic LK to ~30%) and 9/12 Heroic 25-man in a prior guild. We have since branched off into a 10-man guild since the homogenization of loot in hopes of maintaining a tighter atmosphere with quality players. We have been through the ringer with tanks and healers over the course of Cata, as well as running a 2nd 10-man group to get more people involved. These factors have hindered our overall progression as a guild and since then we have lost a number of players to real life commitments. Now, we're looking to rebound and make a strong push before Firelands and continue progression through Firelands to maintain our premiere spot at the top of this server.
We have historically been raiding Sat/Sun/Mon 7-11pm server (8-12 EST), but due to current attendance issues, we are not 100% sure that the schedule will remain as such. Regardless, the start and end times most likely will not change, so if that fits you're schedule, you will fit ours. Currently, we are looking for a 3rd primary healer (Resto Druid or Holy Paladin) and a couple of dps (HIGH priority on a Rogue, interested in an SPriest, DK, and/or Balance Druid). Gear should be at least 350 ilvl and previous high-end raiding experience is a plus. Our loot system is simply open roll with courtesy, repair bills are always financed by the guild bank, and anything the guild bank can offer you item-wise will most likely be acceptable (even BoE epics).
Paranition is a very laid-back guild. We joke around with one another constantly and like to have fun, but we also recognize to be competitive on 9-12 hours per week of raiding requires skill, knowledge, and drive. We expect raiders to make the most of that time and come to the raids prepared with prior knowledge of the fights to avoid lengthy explanations and get as many attempts in on new bosses as possible. Learn from your mistakes and avoid making them as often as possible and we'll be on our way to 13/13 in no time.
