Girlfriend's horse getting put down.

Hey guys, i need some help right now. My girlfriend and I have been dating for 2 years today. But her horse is gonna be put down do to kidney failure. Now before all you go "It's just a horse" well her dad is an abusive alcoholic, and her mom is a psychotic B*tch, so she has had no one there for her before me. Im trying to do everything i can, I told her that I can come out there to be with her when he gets put down but she flat out refused, and when i asked if i could do anything she just said "Kill me" so now all im getting are texts about how she wants to die.

What can i do to help her?

Go to her. I know she said no, but she needs someone there. Also talk to her about the suicide threats. That's not good and she needs help for it. Next thing you know, she'll be saying she'll kill herself when you want to break up... Anyway, go to her and try to get her some professional help too. Good luck.

I hope she doesn't get all suicidal, because if anyone should die it should be all the people making cold sarcastic remarks on this thread. Good to know there aren't any real people out there.

OT: it can be hard to lose a pet/companion you are close to. just reasure her it will no longer be suffering and that she should be happy that she and her horse had a good relationship and your certian it loved being with her....but animals, like people, get old and nothing lives forever.

Ignore all the morons here. Just be with her, no matter what she says, as much as you can. And if you are getting texts about that, it actually means she doesnt want to do that. Buying horse may be kinda impossible, but think about other animals, dogs/cats can do miracles in those situations.
