How to win Wintergrasp?

So I've been doing wintergrasp lately just for the exp and honor on my alt, How the heck do you win? There is no reinforcement numbers at the top and all the towers are down.

You either defend the fortress until the time runs out or you make your way in to the final chamber and click the crystal.

It's basically a more complex Strand of the Ancients.

Wintergrasp is a joke to defend. If you're 85 just keep patrolling the keep and one-shotting any siege vehicles. If you're attacking, well, you best hope your only opponents are either clueless or just mining saronite.

kill random npc guards to get a siege engine then start ramming the fortress for a few minutes if attacking...
if defending kill npcs to get a siege engine to destroy the towers and kill any enemies

Get two engines to attack from opposing sides that's your best bet.

Since it's tuned for 80 the vehicle health is far too low. It's almost as imbalanced as Tol Barad!
