It is that simple, what antivirus do you use? I use MSE and it seems to work pretty well for my needs because I don't download sketchy stuff.

ESET NOD32. Its very fast and seems to catch anything thats out there. Its quite cheap too with various licensing options.

I do realy like Avast, it is free if you register. And it have keept me virus free for 3 years now.

The best antivirus is the person standing behind the keybord ;P Out of that i use avast just because it is free and extremely light. Just in case some1 that comes to place decides to browse something i would never have to.
