Back when bags were full of Demonic Runes, Fire Resistance mattered, and Blackwing Lair was not just another minor setback, a bunch of righteous dudes and dudettes steamrolled content and ranked amongst the top in the world.

Fast forward to 2011, and most of use are done with college, have spouses, and work full-time jobs. We can't make raid schedules like we did back then, but for a few hours three days a week, a bunch of world class players kick ass, and have fun doing it.

We've been playing World of Warcraft together for more than six years, and many of us know each other in real life.

Recruiting outside our circle of friends is uncommon, but at times, necessary. That's where you come in.

Who the hell is Ascendant?

Ascendant is a ten man guild. We kill bosses and get into fights. You don't have to care about us, but, it'd be cool if you did, cause...we care about you <3. Well, so long as you're our kind of scrub.

Who are you looking for?

A connoisseur of Elitist Jerks who has raided at least all the normal raid content in Cataclysm (and has gear to show for it). We also want someone who is not a bigot, a loot@!@#!, or a whiner. Extra emphasis on the whining.

In terms of classes, right now we're looking for a Holy/Disc Priest or Holy Paladin and a caster DPS. You would have to make an extremely compelling argument for us to recruit outside those two classes.
