    Flip-Fan design

I've noticed alot on the KFA2 range that alot of their cards use this " KFA2 Single Flip-Fan Design "
IS it any good? what does it do and why?

it's so you can get under the fan to clean it out easily. nothing about efficiency as it's down when it's being used

I haven't read up upon it (at all), but it'd be interesting if it would allow you to place the fan "upside down", meaning you could use the fan as pull rather than push for your heatsinks, depending on how the airflow of ones chassi is designed.
