[PVP-Skullcrusher] [Destinys Bane] - Horde ~ LFM 25m Firelands!!!

Who we are:

<Destiny's Bane> is a 25m Horde guild on Skullcrusher with six years experience.

General Information:

3 day raid schedule. Tuesdays-Thursdays 8:00-12:00 EST. These times are not subject to change. Raids will only be canceled for major holidays. ( We're not THAT nerdy

)

25 man raid guild with 1 ten man group. Our primary focus has always been on 25man content.

We are on Skullcrusher horde and have been since the guild's creation six years ago.

We're a very capable group that likes to have fun while clearing trash, yet get down to business on actual boss encounters. Though we're not aiming to be world first in any aspect, we do enjoy clearing nearly all heroic content that's presented to us. The guild itself has constantly been clearing instances pre nerfs and getting well into hm content every single patch since it's inception. We DO enjoy the challenge and it's imperative that you do as well.

Gear Distribution Method: Loot Council. Our decisions are based primarily on item worth for particular classes, attendance, performance, current gear, attitude as well as future gearing options or specific item sets. We're very thorough when handing out gear. We make decisions that best suit us in the interest of progression.

Currently Open to most classes with the exception of rogues. Sorry!

What you should be:

A player who's geared enough to handle firelands.

High % raider interested in long term progression

Have in depth knowledge of class mechanics.

High awareness

Always prepared. We expect you to have full knowledge of boss encounters and your role in each fight. It's also quite important that you understand other's roles as well in case improvisation is required.

Eager to raid. We're not here to nag you to show up. If you don't want to raid, don't apply. We'll figure it out soon enough and you'll have more than likely just wasted your money.

Key note: We're willing to reimburse you for your transfer cost if you a) stay for three months or b)stay for two and we come to the mutual conclusion that the guild just isn't for you (this means leaving on good terms essentially). This is only to show how highly motivated of a group we are and how much we'd really like to get well deep into heroic content.
