1. how exactly did you do seal twisting

2. how much of a dps gain was it

3. did you do it as a human or only blood elf?

4. whats the dps loss of going human ret anyways

There are quite a few articles detailing it, and videos if you google seal twisting. It works in much the same way as totem twisting did for shamans. In that you gain the benefit of two buffs.
