Inferiority Complex is a level 24 MORNING raiding guild on Blackrock currently 4/7 in Firelands looking to rebuild to move into Firelands. Our current needs are for CORE, dedicated 10 man spots to replace people we have lost to summer blues/burnout/schedule changes.

Raid times: Wed/Thurs/Fri 7:15am-11am Server (PST)
Loot: Handled through a hybrid council/roll/"don't be a douche" system
Needs:

-2 healers of any kind (lower priority on resto druid, but applicants still welcome) - Please try to have a viable DPS offspec with which you are competent

Please be READY for Firelands. We are looking to begin progression as soon as the content is available. As such, an absolute minimum ilvl of 357 is required.

Our progression through Cataclysm content has been seriously hampered by our schedule; unfortunately this is the only time that the remaining core of us is able to play long enough to raid. Recruitment has been difficult and as a result we have been often forced to bring undergeared, underskilled players along to raids. The consistent players that are left are capable of much more than this guild has achieved thus far, and we are looking for people who want to help get there.

We consider ourselves a fun but serious group. Our vent/mumble chatter is often racy; if this is a problem, please look elsewhere.
